Jake now calls Ooltewah home despite having lived in several other places. He received his undergraduate degree from Lee University where he met his wife Maggie. He received his graduate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine PA Program. He has experience in Emergency Medicine. He now treats urgent care and primary care patients with an emphasis in Lifestyle Medicine. He loves education, is an adjunct faculty member at Vanderbilt University, and serves as a clinical preceptor for PA and NP students. He has two daughters and loves taking them on adventures in the outdoors. He serves as the Men's Ministry Director at his church and is passionate about the local church and overseas missions. In his spare time, he enjoys running and hopes to qualify for the New York and Boston Marathons.
Lori Denny, MSN, APRN-FP-C has over 35 years' experience as both a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 2017 from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society for Nursing. She is Board Certified in Family Practice with special interests in chronic disease, health prevention/promotion, women's health, trigger point joint injections, and school health. She is a National Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Lori's personal hobbies and interests include gardening, spending time with her rescue animals and family.
