Jake now calls Ooltewah home despite having lived in several other places. He received his undergraduate degree from Lee University where he met his wife Maggie. He received his graduate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine PA Program. He has experience in Emergency Medicine. He now treats urgent care and primary care patients with an emphasis in Lifestyle Medicine. He loves education, is an adjunct faculty member at Vanderbilt University, and serves as a clinical preceptor for PA and NP students. He has two daughters and loves taking them on adventures in the outdoors. He serves as the Men's Ministry Director at his church and is passionate about the local church and overseas missions. In his spare time, he enjoys running and hopes to qualify for the New York and Boston Marathons.
Casey is a graduate from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with her MSN specializing in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She has her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Miami University in Ohio with a major in Health Promotion, and has over a decade of experience in the wellness industry. She loves helping patients improve their quality of life using evidence based practice with an emphasis on Lifestyle Medicine. Casey is seeking her certification as a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner through ACLM and is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Precision Nutrition Coach. Outside of the clinic, Casey loves spending time with her partner John, two dogs (Lottie and Louie), hiking, camping, practicing yoga, and doing CrossFit.
John is a native of Cleveland, Tennessee. He is licensed as a nurse practitioner in Tennessee and Georgia. John has many years of healthcare experience having served as an emergency medical technician, paramedic and as a registered nurse. Additionally, he has extensive experience with pain relief trigger point injections and regenerative PRP injections. John received his undergraduate degree from Bryan College in Dayton, TN and his graduate degree from the East Tennessee State University School of Nursing. He currently serves as a clinical preceptor for NP students. He is a member of the North Cleveland Church of God. He and his wife have two sons, one dog and four cats. When away from work, he enjoys camping and spending time outdoors.
